General Terms and Conditions - Updated 18Mar25

We are TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC, and we are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC and the terms "client" and "you" refer to the individual who signs this agreement.

Client accepts that TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC is not responsible for, nor will client attempt to hold it liable, for any injury, damage, or loss suffered for any conditions, actions, or omissions that are beyond the reasonable control of TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC. In the unlikely event that a catastrophic situation should occur to redirect or reschedule your travel plans, and the supplier is unable to provide the client with the agreed upon travel services and/or products, TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC is not responsible for any other damages, emotional or otherwise.

Client understands that if traveling internationally each person must have a valid passport book. Client understands that a passport card is not valid for air travel. Depending on destination and the origin of client passport, guests may need to obtain a visa. Proof of citizenship is required for travel outside the United States. 

TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC will advise client and/or travelers of the supplier's refund, change, and cancellation fees and penalties. Client is aware that the airline ticket, especially holiday, group, and discounted fares, may be subject to the loss of some or all of the fare or require the expenditure of additional money if client elects to change or cancel this reservation. Client agrees that customized travel, group or otherwise, is fully non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Depending on the supplier you may be able to change dates of travel but additional fees may be assessed. In the case of group flights, refer to the contracts provided by the supplying airline(s). Client agrees that adequate travel insurance protection will be considered for their travels to include but not be limited to: cancellation and trip interruption, trip delay, medical coverage and loss of baggage coverage. TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC strongly advises the purchase of travel insurance.

Client and/or travelers agree to review and agree to all the terms and conditions of penalties on resorts, tours/excursions, insurance, airlines, and any other arrangements made by or through TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC. Client and/or travelers will review travel documents upon receipt for accuracy. In particular, flights or packages including flights will be reviewed for accuracy within 24 hours of the confirmation of the booking. Client may contact TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC with any questions at any time during office hours. 

Furthermore, TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC agrees to provide the following services:

• Facilitate the booking of travel as outlined via email and/or on invoices (airfare, hotel, cruise, tour, ground transportation, etc.) for all associated travelers

• Work with the client to determine an appropriate budget for travel services, as necessary

• Collect and/or apply traveler payment to suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.)

• Communicate changes in itineraries or services as relayed by partner supplier(s)

• Provide consultation and support to the client and their travelers before and during travel

• Make deposit(s) to airline(s) on behalf of the travelers in accordance with airline contract(s)

• Provide all travel documents in a timely fashion when received from partner supplier(s)

 Client agrees to the following:

• Pay TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC the non-refundable, nontransferable Trip Management Fee in the amount agreed upon via email

• Deliver accurate traveler information to TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC for all travelers, such as full legal name, date of birth, passport number and expiration date, etc.

• Make payment to or approve payment by TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC for travel services by the stated deadlines

• Make TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC aware of any changes in itinerary, traveler information, etc. in a timely fashion

• Pay for a reasonable increase in the Trip Management Fee resulting from changes to the itinerary, travel components, traveler information, number of travelers, etc. made after the initial Trip Management Fee has been paid

• Ensure all travelers have valid travel documents, such as passports, sufficient for outbound and return travel, in some cases six (6) months beyond the return date of travel

• Review airline contract(s) and conditions, staying aware of and taking financial responsibility for add-ons and penalties and/or fees in the event the travelers breach the contract in any way or require amendments, changes, or cancellations

• First Time Clients Only: Pay TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC a Cancellation Fee, for bookings confirmed by TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC, of an amount equivalent to one half of the Trip Management Fee or $100 per cabin per cruise, in the event that some or all of the trip is cancelled, including for circumstances beyond Client’s control, excepting for supplier cancellations

The client and, by extension, any travelers associated with the relevant travel plans agree with the above Terms & Conditions and appoints TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC to research travel plans. The client understands that all payments made to TIMEZONELESS TRAVELS LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless there is email documentation to the contrary. The client certifies that he/she will not dispute payments with his/her credit card company, provided those transactions are for services (1) indicated on corresponding invoices, (2) confirmed by the client via email, or (3) as outlined within the Terms and Conditions.
